Sabrinox Intermediate Proofer Features
The Sabrinox intermediate proofer has 3 different models depending on the dough capacity. Each bowl of the machine is suitable for holding dough weighing 100-1000 g.
- Model SDR-154 has a capacity of 154 pieces of dough, and the resting time is 5-6 minutes.
- Model SDR-238 has a capacity of 238 pieces of dough and the resting time is 8-9 minutes.
- Model SDR-280 has a capacity of 280 dough pieces, the resting time is 11-12 minutes.
Thanks to the newly developed synchronization system, all doughs can rest at the same times. This contributes to the high quality of the products to be manufactured.
The transfer mechanism is adjustable and the output can be from the right or left side. The containers into which the dough is poured are made of food-grade plastic and are easy to clean.
Sabrinox intermediate proofers, have a sturdy steel bag and stainless steel housing, they also have an aesthetic appearance. Thanks to the aesthetic glass pane, it’s easy to monitor the dough during the proofing process.
In the control panel there are sockets, so it can work in combination with cutting, rounding and forming machines.
