Electrical Stone Based Oven
Stone-based ovens are special ovens designed for baking bread, pizza and other baked goods. Sabrinox Electric Stone-Based Oven Features
Sabrinox electric stone-based ovens are specially designed for customers who value both tradition and high efficiency. Stone-based ovens, manufactured as single, double, and triple-story furnaces, are suitable for the needs of various small-, medium-, and large-capacity operations. In the case of furnaces with multiple floors, each floor can be operated independently.
Both the lower and upper parts of Sabrinox stone-based ovens, heated by electric power, can be set to the desired temperature of up to 300ºC. It has a manual or automatic humidification function. Ovens that provide even heat distribution in the oven allow for even cooking of products such as bread and pizza.
On each floor there are powerful steam generators that produce the desired amount of steam. These steam generators can be switched on and off independently. Thus, the amount of steam can be set differently on each floor, and it is possible to bake different types of cakes and similar products and baked goods at the same time.
Sabrinox stone-based stoves have a well-designed insulation system, an efficient combustion unit and a heat circulation system to prevent heat loss and reduce energy consumption. Thanks to the long-term protection of the set temperature during cooking, power consumption and thus costs are reduced.
